I agree on the Bosch platinums, they wear out too quickly on GM DIS cars. However, AC delco Platinums work great in all cars.
Why bother with copper plugs that will wear out and start to cause problems, when a good set of platinum plugs will last practically the life of the car. I have never replaced an AC Delco double platinum plug,(even when they are 100,000 miles old or more. I put them in every car I own and the car always runs better afterwards. Bosh's plugs are a poor design, but don't take it out on all platinum plugs.

I have used both Bosch Plugs and NGK plugs and i have no problems with bosch platiums. Then again i dont let the plugs stay in my cars for more than a year and a half. So i dont think i will ever have to worry about the plugs wearing out
