Well I have my own plan for that wing, but It will require some time cuz these new fuel lines and that new exhaust mixed with all the tags and taxes is gonna leave me broke for a few weeks lol. anywho I talkd to some friends and here in a few weeks I might be headin to an 1/8th mile track to see what this beast will run. Its somewhere in missourri but i cant remember the name of it. Anywho its the best I can do till the next open 1/4 mile drags I come across at KCIR. Im dyin i want my car right now! lol. o well just a few more days and it should be ready to roll. later all

I looked at your page again in better detail. Your car is not lowered. It only looks lowered because of the body kit. They are made to do this. I would bet that if you took the side skirts off and put a normal rear air dam on, it would be stock height. As for the photoshop pics, IMO, DON'T GET WIRE RIMS LIKE THAT!!!!!!!!! They make the car look like crap. They just don't look like they fit the car. I would suggest something larger like whats on it already. This is a sports car, not a pimp mobile.

even my front bumper scrapes alot of ****. plus ive seen the coils. its lowered, believe me. I have almost five inches of ground clearance and thats it. maybe not the 3 inches he told me but its lower than a stock car i guarantee it, ud just have to see it up close. I know the pics dont show it but maybe once this guy from KC see's it he can vouch for me. later

actually come to think of it, T u have the same front as i do dont ya? if so does yours hit EVERY lil bump in the road and cause you to take alternate roots than any other normal car could take? My friend has a talon that seems pretty low but he can clear alot more sh*t than I can..... If T does the same maybe it does just look lowered, Either way once this other person from kansas city see's it I will compare mine to his just to make sure. later

Mabey it is then. I could be wrong. I will admit it too. I know these cars are known for easily hitting curbs with the low front air dam. I have a normal lesabre limited and the air dam barely clears a normal curb (once I lower it, it won't clear anything :P ). But like I said, I might be lowered and I am just wrong. But one thing I do know is that the side skirts make it look a lot lower than it really is.

i doubt that 18s could fit on this thing, those shock mounts are BIG and will get in the way of a wider rim.. so i think 17s or 16s will be wut i do, but most likely Ill do spokes just because Ive always been into lowriders. Its my thing, i dont want this to be real fast, just enough for fun and other wise i want it low with a killer system, and to much custom **** to count. Although some people may look on this as a disgrace to a wonderful vehicle or possibly just becuz t's are rare, Its what I like and thats why I'll do it. I dont particularly care for ALOT of things people do to cars, but if the driver of it is happy, thats all that really matters. later

My spoiler does hit everything. Steep driveways and speed bumps are not my friend. :P When I got the car the airdam was completely gone, all but the sides was torn off. My car does sit lower than stock though. 15 years on the original springs has them sitting a little lower than they should. That and the new engine and tranny are a bit heavier. "Free lowering kit" I guess.

If your gonna get new suspension and wanna keep the stock height, I reccomend KYB GR-2 struts to the upmost. My airdam was hitting EVERYTHING, I got new struts in and I can pull up to curbs and the airdam will just go over them(the front will lower soon as i break it in). If your suspension is shot, dont chance it....get it replaced. The KYB's are great for performance too!

WOOHOO!!!!! got my car back and been drivin it all day. put another hundred miles on that sucker lol. anyways with the new fuel lines and exhaust its running badass. I smoked one of those first gen eclipses (non turbo) so im guessin that its runin better than a 16.9 1/4thmile which is that eclipses best time. ok well it wasnt smoked that bad, but i beat him lol. anyways im sooo happy to have it back yay for me, o yeah ill get those codes outta the trunk once its light outside again later

GS T-Type.. I have a few questions for you..
1. What is your tested 0-60 speed?
2. What RPM is your car at at 55 MPH? how about 60 MPH?
3. what is the distance from the bottom of your door, to the ground?
4. What is the distance from the bottom of your front bumper to the ground?
5. what does your idle sound like? Is it really smooth, or does it have a bit of a 'rough' sound to it?

tested speed? dunno
rpm, couldnt tell ya but overdrive wont engage till after 50 or so i know that. lol
bottom of the door is bout 7 inches from the ground
front bumper is lil more than 5
idle is pretty smooth, but sounds like a big engine, not rough but with a big of growl to it(not loud though)

the rpm's if I remember I can get for you tomorrow on my way to Worlds of Fun! woohoo! lol. and the tested speed wont be available till I can find a time to run it at KCIR which might be a few months when the next high school drags come up or something, cuz they let anyone up to twenty-some years old race as long as you got a helmet and all the requirements. later

Worlds of Fun ruled! its like a six flags but in Kansas City if anyone doesnt know what it is. I hadnt been in 4 years and had forgotten how great it feels to ride coasters and all that. anywho.....
with the cruise control set to ensure the least amount of speed fluctuation I have these results:
RPMs at 55 = about 17possibly even 18
RPM at 60 = 19, just below 20
it really doesnt take much to get it 5mph more. Whats the purpose of this question though? will it tell us something bout the performance of the car or wut? also, I have a confirmed 125mph in my car now. side by side with my friends stealth we hit 125. I dont know about that 150 stuff anymore cuz Im not sure how much more the car could handle, but It was doing just fine at these speeds.
