I am right across from Niagara Falls, NY, just outside of NF Ontario.

Bringing then over the border should be no problem whatsoever.

Sorry I don't have any pics right now, digicam is dead but can probably arrange something with a friend if someone is serious and wants to see something. Cars are all straight, nothing mangled. All have rust in the typical areas, nothing thats not fixable(except white 89). They were all decent under...

Maybe you are right, so if you are interested in a particular car let me know. I don't really want to sell the parts separately from the car (particularly the white '88) because whoever buys it will need them. What I had planned on was building two identical cars, keeping the white '88 stock for dai...

T-Type Collection For Sale GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY HERE READ ME!

Hi guys. Long time no see, some of you may remember me from years gone by, I have not been on this forum in ages. Still love my T-Types, but I am trying to build my business and can't keep all my toys, plus these take up a lot of room to store, so I am thinking of selling the bunch as a lot . This i...

Oil Filter Comparison page...

Hey guys, I haven't been around in while, been very busy with my trucks and the snowplowing season. I tend to hang around the snowplow forums in the winter for that reason. One of the guys was asking a question about oil and filters. I remembered there being a very good comparison of cut-away filter...

$15 ? ? ??? ? No Way! :o Using my discount thru the engine shop I still paid around $130 Cdn for the chain and gears, plus you need to buy the other stuff at the dealer. Mind you, it was for a 3800 instead of the older 3.8 but $15? The list on the kit I bought was around $300 (including gaskets)

What you want to do is called a leakdown test (ie the compressed air) Visually, from the valve cover, you won't necessarily see a bent valve (depends on how bad, right?) but it may not be seating properly. Compression will bleed off very quickly with bent valves.

The Chevy 3.8 disappeared after '84 when it was replaced with the 4.3. BTW it was a 229 ci so if it specifies 231 then its not a Chevy.

It is on with some ridiculous amount of torque--200+lbs-ft plus rust and if its been done before, some have loctite on the threads too :x Our impact is a pretty decent Chicago Pneumatic and it couldn't budge it. We cheated a bit. I'm not recommending this b/c it really wasn't safe practice. But we u...
